Puppy Training
About Puppy Classes
For dogs under 6 months old. Learn basic obedience, receive grooming tips, discuss general puppy care and socialize with people and other puppies.
Our classes promote these puppy behaviors: being free of aggression toward people, free of aggression toward other puppies in class, tolerance of collar or body harness of owner's choice, and ability of owner to hug or hold puppy and to take away a treat or toy from puppy. Training will also promote the Canine Good Citizen behaviors: allowance of petting by a person other than the owner, grooming, and examination; walking on a leash and in crowds; as well as sit, down, and come on command.
